On Tuesday 12th June 2018, Solutions 4 Health will be attending the School and Public Health Nurses Association (SAPHNA) Conference as exhibitors.
SAPHNA is running the conference for Health Professionals interested in the promotion and improvement of the public health of children and young people.
As exhibitors, Solutions 4 Health will be sharing their experience of running the Public Health Nursing 4 Slough service since October 2017.
