Solutions4Health is delighted to be working with Dudley Council on an innovative new integrated healthy lifestyle service. Starting in April, Solutions4Health will be working alongside the community and local health partners to deliver support and services across a wide range of areas, including smoking cessation, weight management and physical activity.
Dudley is an NHS vanguard site and offers exciting opportunities to develop a comprehensive healthy lifestyle digital offer, as well as an effective face to face service. The aim of the programme will be to develop the service offer in to a sustainable, accessible transformative platform that allows the people of Dudley to make healthy choices as a matter of routine in their everyday lives.
