We were excited to attend The Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) 2019 Annual Conference on the 22nd November.
This year’s theme will be “Leading into the Future: the role of the Director of Public Health”. The day will comprise a varied and dynamic programme of interactive sessions and keynotes from leaders in the field focusing on the built environment and sustainability, the DPH leadership role and the Welsh Wellbeing of Future Generations Act. Delegates will also have ample opportunities to network with colleagues and share knowledge, insights and experiences on key public health issues such as ACEs, the public health approach to violence and Integrated Care Systems.
