Solutions 4 Health has worked in partnership with the Public Health Team at Thurrock Council to produce a short animation aimed at explaining the changes to schools and nurseries for young people when they return from the 1st June.
The animation explains the need for social distancing as well as the reasons why the changes are in place, the importance of hand washing and why the school or nursery setting will look a little different when they return.
Cllr Andrew Jefferies, Cabinet Member for Education at Thurrock Council, said: “I highly recommend parents watch this superb cartoon with their children. It’s bright, fun and easy to watch while being very informative and reassuring. It will certainly help parents explain what is happening and give children a confidence boost and all the useful information they need to safely return to school and see their friends again.
We were proud to work with Thurrock Council on this project to ensure that those children who do return to school or education from the 1st June remain happy, healthy and comfortable with their return.
