Solutions4Health is delighted to be working with Slough Borough Council and East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group on an innovative new integrated healthy lifestyle service. Launched on the 1st April 2020, Solutions4Health will work alongside the community and local health partners delivering support and services across a wide range of areas, including smoking cessation, falls prevention, emotional wellbeing, weight management and physical activity.
The aim of the programme is to develop the service offer in to a sustainable, accessible transformative platform that will allow the people of Slough to make healthy choices as a matter of routine in their everyday lives.
