Solutions 4 Health is proud to have supported The Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice in Reading, Love Your Hospice campaign for the 2nd year running.
The Hospice teams provide expert palliative care and support for people across Berkshire who are living with life-limiting conditions, as well as supporting their families. All their services are free of charge and although partially funded by the NHS these funds do not cover all the hospice facilities. They are reliant on the support of the local community to donate or raise funds on their behalf to maintain these crucial facilities.
Solutions 4 Health supported the Love Your Hospice campaign by purchasing one of their beautiful rose-gold engraved metal hearts. These hearts, in partnership with Broad Street Mall and the Reading Chronicle, will help to create awareness of the Hospice in the local community. We are pleased to be involved in such an important campaign raising money for the Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice with our donation funding a nurse for the day.
